How to use

1. Mount: Attach the C-clamp to the edge of the desk (10–80 mm thick), or insert the grommet base into an existing desk opening.
2. Attach the screen: Screw the VESA plate (75×75 or 100×100 mm) onto the back of the monitor and click it into the arm.
3. Adjust: Set the height, tilt, swivel, and rotation individually until the screen is positioned exactly at eye level.

Pro tip: Adjust the arm so that the center of the screen is level with your pupils when you are sitting upright—then you only need to lower your gaze slightly to see the entire screen without moving your head.
