You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Inform us by a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to the following address without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
🌍 Note on returns For returns to our international returns center (outside the EU), the customer bears the direct shipping costs. Additionally, import duties or customs fees may arise, which must also be borne by the customer. A return label will not be provided. Please always send the goods with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot process the return without a tracking number and the risk lies with the customer.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

Goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the execution of the contract has begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that the execution begins before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
