We process and ship your order with the utmost care. Below you will find all important information about our delivery times, shipping services, and your legal rights.
📦 Delivery time & processing
Delivery and shipping are handled by Sovora.
Each package contains a tracking number, and shipping is completely free for you as a customer.
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel it free of charge.
After this period, your order will be processed definitively, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link (depending on weekends or holidays).
Afterwards, your package is usually prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days, and you will receive a shipping update once the package has been handed over to the delivery service.
We strive to process your order within 7–15 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays) to deliver. This usually corresponds to about 9–21 calendar days.
⏳ Possible delays
In exceptional cases (e.g., due to high demand or transport issues), delivery may be delayed.
If we cannot meet the legal maximum period of 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

⚖️ Your legal right of withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
- The customer bears the cost of the return shipment unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.
- You will receive the full purchase price including any paid standard shipping costs once we have received the returned goods in perfect condition.

Delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering. Please check it carefully – incorrect address details can lead to delays or failed deliveries.
📦 Refusal to accept upon delivery
If a package is refused upon delivery without a valid reason, this does not count as a regular return. Refusal to accept does not replace the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal.
In this case, the return and processing costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount according to our General Terms and Conditions.
