📦 Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please contact our customer service at info@sovora-shop.com before returning the goods so that we can register your return and provide you with the applicable return address.
The return must be sent to one of our international return centers outside the EU. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return. A return label will not be provided.
🌍 Note on Returns
For returns to our international return center (outside the EU), the customer is responsible for the direct shipping costs. Import duties or customs fees may also arise and must likewise be paid by the customer. A return label will not be provided. Please always send the goods with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot process the return without a tracking number and the risk lies with the customer.
Return address: As we work with several suppliers and therefore different shipping centers, we will provide you with the return address applicable to your order after you contact our customer service.
👉 Important: The address shown on the package is not automatically our return address. Please use only the return address provided to you by us.
We recommend keeping the proof of shipment until the refund has been completed.
💰 Refunds
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or upon presentation of valid proof of shipment.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
⚠️ Condition of the Goods
Please return the goods as complete as possible and carefully packaged. In the event of excessive use beyond normal inspection, compensation for the loss in value may be withheld.
📌 Damage upon Delivery
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by email at info@sovora-shop.com within 48 hours of receiving it and include appropriate photos.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
