Use

1. Filling: Place food in the container and close the lid securely.
2. Creating a vacuum: Place the hand pump on the valve in the lid and pump several times until you can feel the resistance increase.
3. Storage: Place the container in the refrigerator or pantry – freshness is preserved significantly longer.

Pro tip: Before pumping, make sure the lid is fully locked in place – a soft click indicates the correct position. This creates an optimal vacuum immediately during the first pumping action.
