Application

1. Clamping: Firmly insert the hex shank of the adapter into the drill chuck and screw on the appropriate nozzle for the desired rivet size.
2. Inserting the rivet: Insert the blind rivet into the nozzle, set the drill to low speed, and insert the rivet cleanly into the pre-drilled hole.
3. Assembly: Drill until the mandrel breaks, pull back the adapter – the rivet sits cleanly and flush without burrs.

Pro tip: Set the drill to the lowest torque and hold it lightly against the break point just before the pin breaks – this prevents the adapter from snapping back abruptly after insertion.
