Your right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the full purchase price, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

⏳ Return deadline

After declaring your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to actually return the goods to us.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.

📦 Return address

As we work with several international shipping centers, we will provide you with the return address applicable to your order after receiving your cancellation notice. Please contact us for this at info@sovora-shop.com.

👉 Important: The sender address indicated on the package is not automatically our return address. Please use only the return address provided to you by us.

🌍 Information about returns

For returns to our international return center (outside the EU), the customer is responsible for the direct shipping costs. In addition, import duties or customs fees may arise, which must also be paid by the customer. A return label will not be provided. Please always send the goods with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot process the return without a tracking number and the risk lies with the customer.

Please note: Refusing acceptance upon delivery does not count as a regular return. In this case, return and processing costs may be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with our terms.

🔄 Return process (recommended)

To ensure quick and smooth processing, please contact our customer service before returning the item at info@sovora-shop.com, so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

If possible, please include the following information with your return:

• Your order number
• Your name and address

It is recommended to retain proof of shipment for the return until the refund has been completed.

🚫 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
Audio/video recordings or software with the seal opened.
Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that performance of the contract has begun after the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period has expired and has confirmed their awareness that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving their consent.

📌 Damage upon delivery

If a product arrives damaged, we ask you to contact us promptly by email at info@sovora-shop.com to contact us and provide the relevant photos so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
