Usage

1. Set the length: Release the external lock, slide the segments to the desired height using the printed calibration scale, and tighten the safety screw firmly.
2. Adjust the wrist strap: Thread the nylon strap through the loop and adjust to hand size – comfortable to use even with gloves.
3. Store: Slide all segments down to 53 cm, close the lock, and attach the pole to the side strap of your backpack or place it in your suitcase.
