General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Sovora
Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:
- Withdrawal Period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and concludes a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
- Day: calendar day.
- Continuous Transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services whose delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over a certain period.
- Durable Medium: any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future retrieval and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
- Right of Withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period without giving reasons.
- Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers goods and/or services to consumers by distance selling.
- Distance Contract: an agreement in which, within a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of goods and/or services, exclusively one or more distance communication techniques are used until the conclusion of the agreement.
- Distance Communication Technology: means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur being in the same room at the same time.
- General Terms and Conditions: the present GTC of Sovora.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Sovora and to every distance contract concluded between Sovora and the consumer as well as every order via https://sovora-shop.com/ and other sales platforms.
Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Sovora has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
Before concluding a distance contract, these terms and conditions are made available to the consumer. If the contract is concluded electronically, the terms and conditions are provided in a form that allows storage on a durable data medium.
In the case of additional product-specific conditions, these apply additionally. In case of contradictions, the regulation more favorable to the consumer always applies.
Article 4 – The Offer
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Errors or obvious mistakes are not binding on Sovora. Product images are a truthful representation, but color deviations may occur due to technical reasons.
Each offer contains clear information about:
- Price (final price according to Article 6; no additional costs such as import VAT or customs duties will be charged to the customer.)
- Shipping costs
- Right of withdrawal and its conditions
- Payment, delivery, and fulfillment terms
- Validity period of the offer
Article 5 – Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as Sovora accepts the order by sending a confirmation email.
In the case of an electronic order, Sovora takes appropriate measures to secure data transmission.
Article 6 – Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices including the applicable statutory VAT. Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process (e.g., Klarna, credit card, PayPal).
The goods remain the property of Sovora until full payment is made.
Price increases are only permitted if they are legally required. Printing or calculation errors are not binding.
Article 7 – Delivery and execution
Deliveries are made to Germany, other EU countries, and selected international markets.
The expected delivery time is 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated.
Sovora is liable for loss or damage until delivery to the consumer or a designated third party.
If an item cannot be delivered, the consumer will be informed. Replacement deliveries are only possible with the customer's consent.
Article 7a – Refusal to accept
In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return and processing costs from the refund amount.
Article 7b – Incorrect address details / reshipping
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer and the shipment is returned to us or must be sent again, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the actual additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party named by them takes possession of the goods.
During the withdrawal period, the customer must handle the product carefully and only test it to the extent necessary to check it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement by email to info@sovora-shop.com. After notification, the customer has a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returns are made to our return center outside the EU (China). The customer bears the cost of the return.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:
- Goods that are not pre-made and for which the production requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- Audio or video recordings as well as software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, provided that the contract execution has begun and the consumer has expressly agreed that execution begins before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Article 9 – Returns
Returns must not be sent to the address on the packaging.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be sent back to our return center in China. You will receive the exact return information (address and instructions) after contacting our customer service.
The costs for the return shipment to China are to be borne by the customer.
Any customs fees or import duties incurred on the return shipment are also to be borne by the customer.
We recommend contacting our customer service before returning items so that we can process the return correctly and promptly.
The exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice,
however, we may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Refunds are usually processed faster.
In the case of damaged or incomplete items, Sovora reserves the right to make a deduction for depreciation.
Article 10 – Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty rights according to §§ 434 ff. BGB apply.
Defects must be reported in writing immediately after discovery, provided this is reasonable. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Any manufacturer warranties remain unaffected; however, Sovora assumes no liability for improper use or unauthorized modifications of the goods.
Article 11 – Customs Fees on Returns
For returns to our international return center outside the EU, the customer bears the direct shipping costs. Additionally, customs duties or import charges may apply, which must also be borne by the customer. Sovora has no influence on the amount of these fees. A return label is not provided. Please always send goods with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot process returns without a tracking number and the risk lies with the customer.
Article 12 – Liability
Sovora is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, Sovora is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
Article 13 – Fixed-Term Contracts: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
Contracts of indefinite duration can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.
Fixed-term contracts end automatically at the end of the agreed duration. There is no tacit renewal unless this is legally permitted and advantageous for the consumer.
Article 14 – Complaint Procedure
You can inform us of complaints about contract fulfillment at any time. We ask for timely notification as soon as you notice a problem.
Statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Sovora responds within 14 days. If longer processing is necessary, the customer will receive an interim notification.
If a complaint is recognized as justified, Sovora offers replacement or repair.
Article 15 – Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out according to the GDPR. Details can be found in the privacy policy at https://sovora-shop.com/pages/integritetspolicy.
Article 16 – Disputes and Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence remain unaffected for consumers in the EU.
Article 17 – CESOP
Since 2024, payment service providers are required to report certain cross-border payment data in the central CESOP system to prevent VAT fraud.
Nothing changes for customers in the ordering process. Sovora is only obliged to inform about this regulation.
