A pair of pants with an open hem, jeans with a rip at the knee, the frayed jacket cuff – all of these end up in the repair pile that never gets smaller. The SwiftPatch™ iron-on adhesive tape is a heat-activated polyamide mesh fabric that permanently bonds fabrics together: cut strips, position, press with a hot iron for about 10 seconds – done. No sewing supplies, no glue, no waiting at the tailor.

• No rework after washing: The polyamide mesh melts into the fibers of both fabric layers when ironed, so the bond remains machine washable – glue peels off, this bond does not.
• No stiff patch feeling on the skin: The mesh fabric made of polyamide and nylon fuses within the fibers instead of lying on top, so the repaired spot stays as soft and flexible as the original fabric.

Application

1. Cut: Cut a strip of SwiftPatch™ slightly larger than the tear or hem – choose the appropriate width depending on the repair spot.
2. Position: Place the mesh tape between the two fabric layers or slide it under the folded hem and smooth it out.
3. Iron: Slowly glide a hot iron over the spot for about 10 seconds – lift the iron, the bond is permanently sealed.

Pro tip: For very thick fabrics like denim, use the iron at the highest setting without steam and extend the 10 seconds to 15 seconds – this way the mesh fully melts into both layers and the bond remains reliable even after frequent washing at 40 °C.
