Usage

1. Insert blade: Choose the appropriate blade depending on the ingredient and insert it into the sieve.
2. Process: Grate, cut, or grind vegetables, fruit, cheese, or nuts directly into the sieve.
3. Rinse and drain: Rinse the ingredients in the same sieve under running water and let the water drain – done.

Pro tip: For especially fine grating results with cheese or nuts, use the middle grating blade and hold the sieve slightly tilted – this way, the grated pieces slide down evenly without clogging.
