How to use

1. Prepare the dough: Shape a dough ball in the desired size and place it in the center of the lower pressing plate.
2. Press: Press the upper lever evenly downward until the dough is flat – one firm press is enough.
3. Remove: Open the lever and slide the finished tortilla directly into the pan or onto the work surface.

Pro tip: Place a small piece of baking paper or cling film between the dough and the pressing plate – this ensures even very soft dough releases completely without residue.
