Your Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Sovora, 66292 Åmål, Sweden, email: info@sovora-shop.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

The consumer is liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

⏳ Deadline for Return

After declaring your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the goods to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

📦 Return Address

Since we work with several international shipping centers, we will inform you of the applicable return address for your order after receiving your cancellation notice. Please contact us for this at info@sovora-shop.com.

👉 Important: The sender address on the package is not automatically our return address. Please use only the return address provided to you by us.

🌍 Note on Returns

For returns to our international returns center (outside the EU), the customer bears the direct shipping costs. Additionally, import duties or customs fees may apply, which must also be borne by the customer. A return label will not be provided. Please always send the goods with tracking (Track & Trace), as we cannot process the return without a tracking number and the risk lies with the customer.

Please note: Refusal to accept delivery does not count as a regular return. In this case, return and processing costs may be deducted from the refund amount according to our terms.

🔄 Return process (recommended)

To ensure a quick and smooth process, please contact our customer service before returning at info@sovora-shop.com, so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

Please include the following information with your return if possible:

• Your order number
• Your name and address

It is recommended to keep proof of shipment of the return until the refund is completed.

🚫 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
Audio/video recordings or software with opened seals.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance of the contract has begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance should begin before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving their consent.

📌 Damage upon delivery

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly by e-mail at info@sovora-shop.com to contact and provide appropriate photos so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
